Scheduled

I had an initial phone screen scheduled for today for SWE position with a recruiter for a company I was really excited about interviewing with. They just didn't call. I never received an email from them before or after explaining why. They probably just forgot but the company website doesn't provide any contact information for their hiring department so I am looking for advice on how to handle the situation. I applied directly through the companies website and was contacted a few days later by the recruiter. However, this company outsources their recruiters so they make it kind of impossible to reach out to the company's hiring department directly. Just want to be able to reschedule or something but I'm not sure if contacting the same recruiter that bailed on me would be wise since she was kind of unprofessional in her emails. ​ Update: Emailed the recruiter and didn't get a response, but I did hear from someone at the actual company and have rescheduled.
