I’ve made it past the initial phone screen interview with the recruiter and the first round with the hiring manager. The recruiter asked me last Wednesday to provide her with my availability to schedule the second interview round with the director and I responded that same day and provided her with my availability from Monday- Friday anytime between 10 am - 7 pm PST. It’s been a week and haven’t heard back so I reached out again yesterday to follow up and nothing! This has been incredibly frustrating, wondering if this has happened to others and what do you guys recommend I should do? I know Temu is doing a mass hire in the US for the business development manager role and I keep getting invited to do interviews by other Temu recruiters on LinkedIn.
