I have been attending a lot of job interviews and only a few have asked this question: what would you do if you had a disagreement/different opinion from your coworker? how would you handle it? and i’m wondering if this is a red flag for the company? Do companies ask this because they have consistent problems with conflict within the team or is it to determine something else about you? i’ve been bullied in jobs before and worked in toxic work environments so a bit concerned about taking a job offer from a company like this, but also open to the idea that i’m overthinking it due to my own experiences.
