I recently cleared software engineer 3 interview at Box, Warsaw. I would like to share my interview experience for the same.

Round-1 (Screening coding interview)

It was a 2 hours interview based on DSA. Question was somewhat similar to this one.

I was able to solve it by explaning my logic, with all the corner cases passing. After that I got invitation for onsite interviews.

Round-2 (Onsite coding interview)

It was 1 hour interview. Interviewers were really nice. I was asked to implement rate limiter with leaky bucket algorithm. I was able to solve it. Also, after giving single-threaded solution I made it multi-threaded.

Round-3 (Onsite system design interview)

It was 1 hour LLD interview. The discussion was around desiging a elevator system.

Round-4 (Onsite behavioural interview)

Half hour behaviour related questions.

After all the onsite interview I got the call from recruiter that I cleared the interviews. Post that there was a team match call with multiple teams, and I was matched to the team of my choice and I made it to the offer stage.

My overall experience is really positive. Interviewers are trying to help you if you are stuck. They want to hire and not reject you.
