Hey everyone, I’m a new grad preparing for interviews and I have an upcoming one with Databricks. I haven’t found too many firsthand posts about what the process is like specifically for new grads, so I thought I’d ask here: * What was the structure of your interview (phone screen, technical rounds, behavioral, onsite, etc.)? * What kind of technical topics or questions did you encounter (DSA, system design, SQL, ML, etc.)? * Any advice on what to study or focus on? * What was the overall experience like (culture fit, difficulty level, timelines)? Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through it recently (or even in the last year or so). Thanks in advance!
