So I’m in a 3 year long relationship which just turned long distance last year in January both of us recently got full time jobs and were able to see each other pretty often multiples times a month as we are relatively close of 5 hours apart but recently I got a new offer with a significant salary increase $77k - $110k but it is much further away meaning the distance would be harder to handle I’m struggling to accept the job because even though my current job is extremely stable and lower pay I am able to see my gf almost all the time she also has a really stable position as well. I’m still applying to companies that would be closer to her current job but the tech market is still so bad and we’ve even discussed for her to look at companies near my new company if I accept the offer but her current company she sees she can get comfortable and it is really stable. For those of you that are also in tech and long distance how have you made it work and do you have any advice to my situation now?

Long wait after final interview. Normal?

If most/all other education/experience criteria is satisfied, interview success usually comes down to personality and vibe (and some luck).
