Stripe phone screen frustrating experience

Hi all, I did my phone screen for Stripe Backend roles last week and I got the rejection later after 2 days. My experience was strange, the prep guide which the recruiter shared with me stated that I can use my own IDE and any library that I am comfortable with, so I prepared my own IDE with Java project + Lombok to make my life easy to make classes/objects and jackson to parae json. During the interview, the recruiter argued with to use hackerrank instead as there is no jaon parsing then we spent 2 mins then he was like: okay, if you are comfortable copy pasting the input to your ide and also your code ro hackerrank so he can submit the feedback then you can use your ide. I agreed and I started using my own IDE then he opened the first part, I read and started to code the solution: he was like do not use Lombok as it will not on hackerrank and let’s create the plain constructors. I said the prep guide mentioned I can use the language library to make things easy. Then he was like okay you can continue. The experience was frustrating as he seemed not familiar with his company interview guidelines and he has not read the prep guide doc. It took us two times arguing each lasted for 2-3 mins which wasted time from the interview and made me uncomfortable and stresses. Should I share this feedback with the recruiter? and is there a chance to redo the screening ?
