Waiting to hear from them…

So I went through several rounds of interviews at a company. I did well. Phone screen, Hiring mgmr, then panel interview. The initial process was quick. I know they had a conference about 2 weeks ago and they said to expect delays. Last week I followed up with the recruiter since it had been a week ish with nothing. The recruiter responded the next business day she worked and said I had really good feedback from the interview. They may be making a decision later this week” So it’s been a week since that recruiter email. I took it that I did well but the timeline wasn’t 100%. What would you all be thinking if you were me?
