Auto Rejection Email after Being Called for Second Round

Hello! I am a little confused. I am going through the application process at a F500 company for an internship. I went through the first round of behavior interviews a few weeks ago. I received a call last week to clear up if I am okay with the commute to the office that the position would be in, and I should receive a call sometime early this week to schedule the second round of interviews. This morning I received an auto-rejection email from their application system. Should I reach out? Thank you. edit: Thank you everyone!
