Internal Role Interview Signs?

Applied for an internal role and 2 hours later received an email for a phone interview with recruiter. Two days later had the phone interview with the recruiter and it went very well as the recruiter

Applied for an internal role and 2 hours later received an email for a phone interview with recruiter. Two days later had the phone interview with the recruiter and it went very well as the recruiter was very impressed with my experience and how it aligns with the role and asked for my availability. I obviously know this is a good sign moving forward with an interview but what else could it entail? etc..position need? Leverage for higher salary. Things like that. Any advice welcomed. FYI - The role is a promotion and is one step up from the band I am currently in. The new role pays between 60k-107k. I’m currently at 67k.
