Internal

An internal role has popped up I am interested in. However, I haven't done any algo work or system design in probably 7 years. I recall it took me months of preparation back then. I would've assumed that internal transfers wouldn't require a leetcode style test but from what I can see in my company... It does. 3 rounds of interviews for internal candidates. So how have some of you prepared for internal roles on short notice? Of course if this was external I'd give myself more notice. But this role kind of just appeared
