Type of Drive : On-Campus. Eligibility Criteria : Aggregate CGPA of 7 and above, with 65% and above in 10th and 12th grade (though this can vary according to college and other circumstances). Number of Participants : About 150 students from my college took part in this drive. Number of Rounds : 3
Round 1 Coding Round This round consisted of 4 C++ coding questions, which were further divided into 2 sections. Each section consisted of 2 questions and had to be completed in 30 minutes. The difficulty level of the questions was easy to moderate, as 4 questions had to be solved in 1 hour.
Round 2 Technical Interview at Company’s Office After the coding round, 11 out of the 150 students were shortlisted for the technical interview, which was conducted at the company’s office. My interview lasted about 2 hours. Questions on core C++, pointers, OOPS concepts were asked along with Data Structures and Algorithms.
Round 3 HR Round After the technical interview, an HR round was conducted. This interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. Standard HR questions were asked, such as “Why do you want to join us?” Results: After the completion of all 3 rounds, the company shared the results with our TPO. Out of the 150 students, only 2 were selected for the year 2024. I was one of them.
