Role: SRE/DevOps/Cloud Engineer This is an On-campus Placement Program by UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group ). Exam pattern: Initial Shortlisting based on the skills mentioned on your resume and your CGPA. In my campus placement drive around 50 students get shortlisted in this 1st round. So make sure to work on your Resume more appropriately. There are three rounds of offline interviews on our campus and all rounds are eliminatory. Offline Interview Process: The first round of the interview process starts with the interviewer's introduction. So be calm and relaxed. Then I start my intro in front of him. He asks me about two puzzle-related problems. One from real-life scenarios and the other from mathematics. During the second round of interviews, I asked about CS fundamental and live projects. Basically how you handle or maintain the project. The third round is a managerial round by which he will check my speaking skills as well as my communication, and how better you perform there. Finally, the result will be announced and out of 16 candidates, 4 will get selected with a good package.
