Hi there, I recently cleared the interview of Mallow Technologies for the junior developer role. In this article, I will explain in detail about my interview experience. Mallow Technologies Mallow Technologies is a reputable software development company based in India. Mallow Technologies has been providing top-notch IT solutions and services to clients worldwide. With its headquarters in Karur, the company operates with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality software products and services. Mallow Technologies specializes in a wide range of services, including web and mobile application development, custom software development, UX/UI design, Data Analytics and IT consulting. The company serves clients from various industries, such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and education.

Round 1 It is an online assessment and you can expect questions from aptitude and problem solving. It consist of two parts. In part one, you have to 30 questions in thirty minutes. Yow will have ten questions from quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal reasoning. In part one, you will have easy level questions. In part two, you have to solve 2 questions in 2 hours. I had the following two questions in my interview. Christmas prize distribution Snake and ladder problem In part, the questions were medium level problems. It is an eliminatory round.

Round 2 It is coding round, where you have to solve two problems in 4 hours. The first question will be an easy level problem. You have to solve it within 45 minutes. In my interview, I was asked to find out the three minimum and maximum odd elements in the given array. The second question was difficult level problem. During my Interview I got tennis scoring system problem. In between the coding, an supervisor will monitor all your code in a system. After analysing your problem solving skill, you will be called for round 3 and 4 which will be held parallely. Round 2, 3 and 4 will be held within four hours. It is an eliminatory round.

Round 3 It will be a technical HR discussion. The common interview questions that were asked in this round are The HR will ask you to explain your code submitted in round 1 HR will change the scenario for the same problem and will ask you to come up with solution Common OOPS concepts Basic and intermediate SQL queries Questions on your academic projects The shortlisted candidates will have round 4 and it is an eliminatory round.

Round 3 It will be general HR discussion round. The common interview questions that were asked in this round are Tell me about your family background How long will you work for the company? Are you willing to work under pressure? What are your career goals? Who is your inspiration and why?
