I recently participated in the pool campus hiring event of Tejas Network at Gitam University, Vizag on 26th July 2023. I was interviewed for a software developer role, and here’s a breakdown of my experience. The shortlisting for pool campus hiring is done through cocubes score: Recruitment Process: The process consisted of two rounds: 1. Online Technical Test: - This test included three coding questions to be solved in either C or C++ and was conducted through the HirePro Platform. - The questions were of moderate difficulty. - Additionally, there were MCQs covering technical concepts in Operating Systems (OS), Data Structures (DS), and aptitude. - Shortlisting to interview was based on solving at least two coding questions.
2. Interview Rounds: -
Technical Interview The interview was focused on Data structures in C language and OS Concepts. I was asked to implement stack operations on a paper and some questions were asked related to arrays, pointers and memory allocations in C and also OS Concepts also asked. After shortlisting from the technical interview HR Interview was conducted where basic questions related to the company and our background were asked.
