Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel Any Time

You can cancel your LeakCode premium subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access to premium features until that date. No cancellation fees.

How to Cancel

1. Sign in and go to Account.
2. Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe billing portal (or the PayPal dashboard if you subscribed via PayPal).
3. Select "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

If you paid via PayPal, you can also cancel directly from your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments.

Refunds

All subscription charges are final. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. When you cancel, you keep access to premium features through the end of the period you already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or a failed signup that still billed you), email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We review every request individually and will refund verified billing errors in full.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please reach out at [email protected]. Most billing issues are resolved within 24-48 hours. Accounts with disputed chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.

Access After Cancellation

After you cancel, your account remains active on the free tier. Your bookmarks, saved searches, and account data are preserved. You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Account and use the "Delete account" option, or email [email protected]. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
