Company: A Shanghai-based company with a revenue of over 10 billion RMB and a decent reputation. They started by asking questions from my resume, quite in-depth, such as optimizer issues in deep learning and architecture implementation. Then they asked about my professional knowledge, including the company's financial statements and the main differences between non-banking and banking sectors. They also asked about handling heteroscedasticity, and I didn't answer a small test question well. They also asked a PIL question, which was a bit confusing because I hadn't covered it on my resume. Summary: Regression is very important! Post-interview: I felt I didn't connect well with my mentor; there was a generation gap.
