Question 3: I was a bit rushed towards the end and forgot... Question 4: Given a set of numbers, such as [404, 7, 504, 604, 2, 12], find the number of pairs that differ by one digit (changing one digit will make them equal). For example, 404 and 504 are considered a pair (changing the first digit), and 7 and 2 are also considered a pair (changing either digit).
